Teresa R. Smith is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in accounting and corporate finance, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Vox Media, LLC since December 2021. In this role, Teresa oversees treasury, accounting, tax, audit, mergers and acquisitions diligence, integration, and finance transformation.
