Responsibilities:

  • Execute SMS & Voice Penetration test plans and scenarios to identify and monitor A2P leakage on a mobile network.

  • Detect illegal ways of SMS and voice traffic termination.

  • Detecting content manipulation through testing and escalating for blocking.

  • Research subscriber behavior to understand how A2P traffic is delivered to the operator’s subscribers from all the major OTTs.

  • Keep a record of top OTTs and their authentication methods.

  • Prepare the reporting documentation on the conducted testing.

  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet internal and external requirements.

  • Analyze results to measure the efficiency of installed filtering solutions.

  • Work closely with the Monetization team members to implement the testing strategy.

  • Be part of the continuous delivery process and determine whether the results should be escalated or not.

  • Bring new automation ideas, and help implement, maintain, and run them.

  • Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.

Required skills:

  • English (minimum level required - A2).
  • Advanced level knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
  • Basic knowledge of creating user accounts on social media applications.
  • Availability to work on holidays or weekends based on a predefined schedule that will allow days off during the week.
  • Previous experience and knowledge of the telecom industry is a plus, especially in the area of SMS Messaging (A2P).
