Lakshmikar Reddy Karimireddy

Lakshmikar Reddy Karimireddy has over 20 years of work experience in product management and marketing. Starting in 1999 as a trainee at Sara Lee Baking Co, they later founded Ishi Technologies in 2000, generating $200k in revenue in the first year. At Concentrix, where they worked from 2005 to 2020, they served as an Associate Director in Product Management, leading the strategic product planning team and transforming the multi-channel contact center product to omnichannel. In 2020, they joined Quark Software Inc. as the VP of Product Management & Marketing. Currently, Karimireddy is the Director of Product Management & Marketing at Voxai Solutions, where they develop and executes innovative product plans to enhance customer experience with the Genesys Cloud platform.

Lakshmikar Reddy Karimireddy holds a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree from Sri Venkateswara University in the field of Computers. In addition to their formal education, Lakshmikar has obtained several certifications. These include "Career Essentials in Generative AI" from Microsoft and LinkedIn, "Ethics of AI" from the University of Helsinki, "Big Data Foundations - Level 1," "Data Science Foundations - Level 1," "Data Science Foundations - Level 2," "Data Science for Business - Level 1," "Data Science for Business - Level 2," and "Text Analytics - Level 1" from IBM. Lakshmikar also holds the certification of "IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB)" from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification. Additionally, they have obtained the "MCP - Visual Basic" certification from Certified Software Test Manager.
