Genevieve Boice

Genevieve Boice is an experienced professional in the field of chemistry, currently serving as the Head of Bioinks at VoxCell BioInnovation since May 2023. Boice has held multiple roles at the University of Victoria, including Chemistry Course Coordinator since July 2018 and Specialized Tutor and Image Description TA from 2016 to 2019. Previously, Boice completed a PhD in Chemistry at the University of Victoria, focusing on the synthesis and photophysics of organic molecules and inorganic complexes, and also conducted research on ligand synthesis at the University of Washington as a graduate student. Early career experience includes positions as a Temp. Sr. Development Associate at Onyx Pharmaceuticals and a Research Associate II at Roche Palo Alto, after starting as a Staff Chemist at Merck. Boice holds an MSc in Chemistry from the University of Washington and a B.A. in Chemistry with an Anthropology minor from Mount Holyoke College.
