Fred Lutz

Fred Lutz has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Fred worked at VoxCroft Analytics starting in 2019, where they held positions such as COO, Growth Product Manager, and Strategic Advisor. At VoxCroft Analytics, they were involved in open-source intelligence (OSINT) and risk analytics, utilizing proprietary artificial intelligence (AI) technology to provide real-time insights to global decision-makers.

Prior to VoxCroft Analytics, Fred Lutz was the Director and Co-Founder of Custos Technologies, a company specializing in content protection and detecting illicit sharing through patented blockchain technology. Fred co-founded Custos Technologies in 2013.

Fred Lutz also worked as a Startup Strategy Consultant at Park Ventures from July 2020 to November 2021. In this role, they provided consulting services to startups and scale-ups, focusing on sales acceleration, strategy, and fundraising.

Before their involvement in the technology and analytics field, Fred Lutz worked as a Researcher at the MIH Media Lab. During their time at the MIH Media Lab, they conducted research on using Google Trends data to predict consumer confidence.

In 2010, Fred attended a Summer School program at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where they studied Global Enterprise Management and International Economics for a short period of time.

Fred then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce Honors (BCom. Hons.) degree in Economics from Stellenbosch University in 2012.

Finally, from 2013 to 2015, Fred obtained a Master's degree in Economics from Stellenbosch University.

In addition to their formal education, Fred also obtained several certifications. In 2020, they completed the "Visualize Data with Python Skill Path," "Analyze Data with SQL Skill Path," and "Learn SQL Course" from Codecademy. Fred also completed the "Become a Product Manager" course from Udemy in the same year.
