Elena Richardson

Elena Richardson is a skilled professional with experience in environmental advocacy, community outreach, and event coordination. Currently serving as a Pedestrian Mapper at Voxelmaps, Elena utilizes LiDAR and 360° imagery to survey and map local parks and trails. Previously, in the role of Director of Community Outreach at California Youth Climate Activists, Elena collaborated with youth activists throughout California to promote sustainability and support underrepresented communities. Elena's background includes coordinating the first Cal Poly Trashion Show at Earth Day Alliance Inc., serving as a Crew Lead for Cal Poly Corporation, and engaging in recycling initiatives at the Burbank Recycle Center and Recycled Movie. A graduate of California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Geography, Elena combines educational expertise with practical experience in sustainability and community engagement.
