Richard Rodger has extensive work experience, starting in 1997 as a Technical Manager at Internet Business Ireland. Richard then worked as a Technical Team Lead at InterComponentWare from 2000 to 2002. In 2003, Richard became a Senior Developer at Hypotheken Management and also founded Ricebridge, where they served as the Owner until 2014. From 2007 to 2010, Richard was the CTO at FeedHenry. Richard then joined nearForm in 2012, initially as COO, and later became the CTO. In 2017, Richard became the CEO of voxgig.

Richard Rodger received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Philosophy from Trinity College Dublin, which they attended from 1993 to 1997. Richard then pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Waterford Institute of Technology from 1997 to 2007.
