Rennen Chacham has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rennen is currently working as the Co-founder and CTO at Amy since 2020. Previously, they served as the R&D Manager and Chief Architect at Access Fintech from 2016 to 2020, where they were responsible for building and leading backend developer, devops, and automation engineer teams. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Software Consultant from 2015 to 2016, specializing in software architecture, infrastructure, and security matters for FinTech companies.

From 2006 to 2015, Rennen worked at ITG in various roles, including Global Product Manager and Dev Manager, R&D Manager, and Senior Software Engineer. During their time at ITG, they managed the development of a real-time monitoring tool and led a top-notch squad development team. Additionally, they co-founded dropick.me in 2014 and Tritap in 2009, serving as the CTO for both ventures.

Rennen's early career includes roles at IDF Mamram, where they worked as a Software Infrastructure Team Leader and Software Engineer, managing client-server projects and providing infrastructure components and maintenance for large-sized projects.
