Kyle I. Ruiter, PhD (He/Him) has a diverse work experience. Kyle started their career in 2012 as an Account Merchandiser at PepsiCo, where they worked until 2018. In 2014, they also worked as a TA/RA at McMaster University until 2019.

Kyle'smost recent position was at VoxNeuro, where they held multiple roles. From February 2018 to March 2021, they served as the Director of Clinical Operations, overseeing clinical personnel, operational practices, regulatory matters, and compliance standards.

In March 2021, they were promoted to Vice President, Clinical & Scientific Affairs, responsible for strategic leadership in clinical and scientific practices, including R&D, clinical operations, and regulatory affairs. In their role, they focused on product development and expanding the medical applications of VoxNeuro's technology.

Finally, in December 2022, they became the Vice President of Research and Development at VoxNeuro. In this position, they are responsible for expanding the medical applications of VoxNeuro's technology through research partnerships, academic collaborations, scientific product development, and regulatory strategy.

Kyle I. Ruiter, PhD (He/Him), has a diverse education history spanning multiple fields of study. Kyle began their educational journey in the field of General Arts and Science, earning a Diploma from Humber College. Kyle then pursued their passion for psychology at the University of Guelph-Humber, where they obtained an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science degree. Continuing to expand their knowledge and expertise, Kyle pursued a Graduate Certificate in Regulatory Affairs - Sciences at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.

Demonstrating a commitment to academic excellence and a strong interest in cognitive neuroscience, Kyle completed their highest level of education at McMaster University. Here, they achieved a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Cognitive Neuroscience.
