Monika Mehta

Monika Mehta has over 17 years of work experience in UX Design. Monika began their career in 2004 as a Visual Designer for Franchise India Holdings Limited. In 2006, they moved to Regalix as a Senior User Interface Designer. Monika then joined Tata Consultancy Services in 2007 as a UX Consultant. In 2011, they began working as a freelance UX Designer and continued in this role until 2019 when they joined Summit - Changemakers in Online Retail as a Senior User Experience Designer. In 2020, they moved to drivvn as a Senior User Experience Designer and most recently, in 2021, they joined Voxpopme as a Lead UX Designer. Throughout their career, Monika has been responsible for working end-to-end on projects, from research and ideation through to prototyping, testing and final delivery. Monika has also been involved in user research activities, design thinking workshops, establishing design principles, creating process flows, user journeys, wireframes, visual design mock-ups, and prototypes.

Monika Mehta completed their M.Tech in Information Technology from Panjab University between 2001 and 2003. Prior to that, they obtained their B.Tech in Instrumentation & Control from Kurukshetra University between 1997 and 2000. In addition, they have obtained four certifications from the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF) between 2020 and 2022, namely Design Thinking, User Experience, Design Thinking: The Ultimate Guide, and Psychology of E-Commerce: How to Sell Online.
