Christine Wells Smith has a diverse work experience that spans multiple roles and industries. Christine is currently the Director of Channel Partnerships at EnGen, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, Christine worked as an Academic Associate at Arizona State University, starting in September 2016.

From January 2019 to October 2020, Christine served as the Senior Director of Professional Learning and Research at K12 Insight. Christine also held the role of Director of Research at K12 Insight from November 2016 to January 2019.

Christine also holds a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the same institution. Their undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Theatre/Theater and Education from Drake University. Christine also participated in a semester abroad at the University of London, focusing on Theatre.

Christine also has a Bachelor of Fine Arts certification in Theatre.
