Lola Burse

Lola Burse has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as an Educational Consultant at Leadership Consulting Solutions. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as an Educator at Clayton County Public Schools, where they held various roles such as classroom educator, teacher mentor, instructional coach, and district instructional coach. In 2018, Lola joined Fulton County Schools as an Educator and was part of a team that implemented personalized instructional approaches, resulting in significant improvements in student performance. In 2019, they transitioned to Lexia Learning as a Customer Success Manager, responsible for coordinating cross-functional resources, managing full implementation cycles, delivering professional development training, and monitoring program utilization.
