Tadd Wamester

Tadd Wamester has a wide range of work experience in various roles and organizations. Tadd is currently working at EnGen as the Director of Partnership Development, where they build partnerships to connect New Americans with career pathways and advancement opportunities. Prior to that, they were the Director of the New Americans Initiative at Voxy, where they focused on addressing the needs of underserved U.S. immigrants. Tadd also has experience as the Director of Organizational Learning & Transformation at Inspiring Capital and as the Director of Development & Strategic Partnerships, Eastern Region at Upwardly Global. Within Upwardly Global, they held various positions including Director of Online & Regional Growth Programs, Manager of Strategic Initiatives, Learning & Development Specialist, and Training & Mentor Development. Additionally, Tadd worked as a Head Teacher at GO Project and as a Lead Teacher at Sylvan Learning Centers.

Tadd Wamester holds a Master of Arts degree in Business Education from New York University, which was obtained from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Northwestern University from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Tadd Wamester has also obtained certification in Data Analysis Circuit from General Assembly in January 2017.
