Aaron Otte

Aaron Otte is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Voya Financial since March 2022, Aaron leads multiple enterprise-level projects within the Public Sector Division, ensuring effective stakeholder communication and process improvements. Prior to this role, Aaron spent nearly nine years at Benefitfocus, ascending from Implementation Consultant to Team Lead, managing offshore teams, and enhancing operational metrics across health plan and public sector projects. Aaron's earlier experience includes roles at the U.S. Department of State, focusing on community liaison and public affairs, as well as archaeological project management and account management in the technology sector. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from the College of Charleston.
