Adriana Balzano

Adriana Balzano is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in middle office management and derivatives operations. Currently serving as Vice President and Middle Office Manager at Voya Financial since November 2022, Adriana previously held the role of Vice President and Head of Derivatives Middle Office US at Allianz Global Investors from 2005 to October 2022, where leadership of an eight-person team focused on trade support, cash management, and fund onboarding was key. Prior to this, Adriana worked as an Assistant Vice President and Derivatives Senior Portfolio Services Specialist, and as an Operations Associate, responsible for settlements and trade support across various financial instruments. Early career experience includes serving as Assistant Treasurer at BNY Mellon, managing daily transaction processing and reconciliation for multiple custodians. Adriana holds an MBA in Financial Management with a specialization in International Business and a BBA in Finance, both from Iona University.
