Brad Walker

Brad Walker is a seasoned professional in the field of accounting and auditing, currently serving as Vice President of Audit - Corporate, Technology and Analytics at Voya Financial since September 2014. With extensive experience in audit oversight, Brad held the position of Associate Director at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) from December 2006 to August 2014, where responsibilities included ensuring the independence and accuracy of audit reports for public companies. Prior to the PCAOB, Brad was an Advisory Services Senior Manager at Ernst & Young and a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen, where a solid foundation in corporate accounting was developed as a Corporate Accounting Staff member at Promus Companies. Brad holds a Master's in Accounting with a focus on Accounting Systems from the University of Memphis and a Bachelor's in Accountancy from the University of Mississippi.
