Chuck Phipps

Chuck Phipps, CISSP, CISM, is an accomplished IT security consultant with extensive experience in information security and data governance. At Voya Financial since May 2010, Chuck has held various roles including overseeing quality control assessments for security operations and developing metrics for the CISO and Security Leadership team. Previous positions included leading enterprise data governance initiatives and managing teams focused on supplier oversight and application security. Chuck is also the former owner and president of a consulting business, specializing in financial coaching and personal growth. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Education in Mathematics from Arkansas State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing/Management from Westminster College.
