Lauren Wiginton

Lauren Wiginton serves as Vice President of Sales Strategy and Analytics at Voya Financial since September 2017, building upon a robust career in sales strategy and client management. Prior roles include Executive Director of Operations and Strategy at LISI, where responsibility centered on enhancing customer experience for 8,000 brokers, and various leadership positions at Unum, including AVP of Client Management, where contributions significantly drove sales and service delivery.
