Lou Strippy

Lou Strippy is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Health Solution Sales at Voya Financial since July 2004. In this role, Lou oversees generalist group sales representatives, implementing strategies to drive growth and enhance the client experience across Stop Loss, Voluntary Benefits, and the Life/Disability and Absence portfolio. Previous positions at Voya include Vice President for Life, Absence, Disability Distribution and National Accounts, where Lou developed distribution strategies and managed a team servicing over 5,000 clients. Lou also held roles as AVP for Life/Disability and National Accounts and Director of National Account Sales, focusing on sales for large group practices.
