Natalia Arbulu

Natalia Arbulu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of DEI at Voya Financial since April 2022. Prior to this role, Natalia Arbulu was the Director of DEI and a DEI Consultant at MassMutual Financial Group from January 2016 to April 2022, where responsibilities included developing DEI education programs and consulting to foster culturally competent leadership. Natalia Arbulu's earlier career at MassMutual encompassed strategic communications roles, including Strategic Communications Consultant and Communications Specialist, where efforts were focused on enhancing communication strategies for senior leadership and improving employee understanding of company initiatives. Earlier journalistic experience includes a role as a News Reporter at The Republican from June 1999 to September 2007, where research and reporting on various topics were key responsibilities. Natalia Arbulu holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Connecticut, obtained in 1999.
