Neha Jha

Neha Jha is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate strategy and management consulting. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Strategy at Voya Financial since July 2021, Neha previously held the position of Vice President and Head of Strategy and Change Management at New York Life Insurance Company from 2015 to 2021. Prior to that, Neha worked as a Management Consultant at Booz & Company from 2010 to 2015 and as a Consultant in Strategy & Operations and Senior Associate in Audit and Enterprise Risk Services at Deloitte Consulting, LLP from 2003 to 2008. Neha holds an MBA in Business & Public Policy with a focus in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School.
