Wayne Forlines is currently the VP, Head of Controller Operations at Voya Financial. Previously, Wayne held various roles at Voya Financial from 2016 to 2020, including VP of Financial Reporting and Head of IFRS/US GAAP Reporting. Prior to joining Voya, Wayne was Co-Head of IFRS/US GAAP Reporting at ING from 2011 to 2012 and served as Director of Corporate Cost & Budget and Financial Reporting at ING from 2003 to 2005. Wayne also directed US GAAP Conversion at ING from 2009 to 2011. Wayne earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 1990 to 1994.
