Santhosh Bhat

Santhosh Bhat is currently the Head of Investment Management Business & Operations at Voya India since January 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing IM teams and establishing a long-term vision for the India office. Prior to this role, Santhosh spent 18 years at Northern Trust Corporation, holding multiple positions including Vice President of Depositary Operations & Asset Manager Operation Services, focusing on liquidity analysis and NAV oversight, as well as Second Vice President in Investment Risk and Analytical Solutions, with a specialization in investment compliance and market risk. Santhosh also has experience from Fidelity Investments and IDBI Bank, starting career as a Credit Process Associate. Educational qualifications include a Professional Certificate in International Investment Funds from IOB and an MBA in Finance from Justice K.S. Hegde Institute of Management Nitte.
