Dino A. Puia

Dino A. Puia is an experienced IT leader currently serving as Chief of Staff at Voya Investment Management, where responsibilities include supporting the Chief Technology Officer in modernizing the IT operating platform and enhancing operational practices. Previously, at Voya Financial as IT Asset Management Head, Dino designed and implemented a corporate IT asset management program ensuring compliance and avoiding penalties. As a self-employed management consultant, services were provided in IT Program/Project and business organizational design. Dino held a Program Manager position at the State of Connecticut's Health Information Technology Office, overseeing various health information technology initiatives. With extensive experience at MassMutual as Assistant Vice President and Director of Software Programs, leadership spanned multiple organizational capacities within application delivery and service management. Dino also held previous roles at enherent Corp and Aetna Life & Casualty. Education includes a Graduation Certificate in IT Business Leadership from SIM RLF and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Science from Salve Regina University.
