Jennifer Taglia has over 20 years of work experience in the financial services industry. Jennifer is currently the Managing Director and Head of Client Experience at Voya Investment Management, a position they have held since March 2022. Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked at GE Asset Management from 1999 to 2009. Jennifer held multiple roles during this time, including Master Black Belt & Project Manager, Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, and Manager of Equity Trade Operations. In these roles, Jennifer oversaw complex offshore multi-fund platforms, coordinated operational functions, achieved regulatory compliance, and implemented improvements to increase efficiency and decrease costs.
Jennifer began their career at UBS, where they held various roles including Operations Analyst, Foreign Exchange Account Manager and Margin Specialist, and Reconciliation Analyst. In these positions, they focused on derivatives, cash reconciliations, and implementing automation to streamline processes.

Jennifer Taglia attended Fairfield University from 1995 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Prior to that, they attended Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business from 1992 to 1994, and Sacred Heart Greenwich from 1988 to 1992. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also hold certifications such as the CFA Institute Investment Foundations obtained in 2017 and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt obtained in 2006 from GE.
