Managing Director, Head Of Client Experience at Voya Investment Management

Jennifer Taglia has over 20 years of work experience in the financial services industry. Jennifer is currently the Managing Director and Head of Client Experience at Voya Investment Management, a position they have held since March 2022. Jennifer held multiple roles during this time, including Master Black Belt & Project Manager, Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, and Manager of Equity Trade Operations. In these roles, Jennifer oversaw complex offshore multi-fund platforms, coordinated operational functions, achieved regulatory compliance, and implemented improvements to increase efficiency and decrease costs.

Jennifer began their career at UBS, where they held various roles including Operations Analyst, Foreign Exchange Account Manager and Margin Specialist, and Reconciliation Analyst. In these positions, they focused on derivatives, cash reconciliations, and implementing automation to streamline processes.
