Jim Fink

Jim Fink is an experienced finance professional with over two decades in senior leadership roles at Voya Investment Management, where Jim has served as Managing Director and held positions such as Chief Administrative Officer and Head of Business Support and Operations since March 1999. Prior to joining Voya Investment Management, Jim worked at Merrill Lynch as Vice President of Government Securities Operations from January 1991 to February 1999.
