Justin M Kass

Justin Kass serves as the Senior Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer for Income and Growth Strategies at Voya Investment Management since July 2022. Prior to this role, Justin held the position of Portfolio Manager at Allianz Global Investors for over two decades, from 1999 until July 2022. Before entering the investment management field, Justin completed an internship in the Movie Division at Universal Studios in 1998. Justin holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, obtained between 1998 and 2000, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Davis, earned from 1992 to 1996.
