Ryan McIver, CFA has a diverse work experience in the finance and real estate sectors. Ryan started their career at Wells Real Estate Funds as an Investor Services professional from July 2007 to March 2011. Then, they joined Columbia Property Trust as a Senior Analyst in Asset Management, where they worked from April 2011 to April 2014. Ryan's most recent position was at Voya Investment Management, where they held various roles. Ryan first served as a Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager from April 2014 to March 2015, later advancing to the position of Assistant Vice President in Real Estate Finance from March 2015 to March 2018. Lastly, they worked as a Vice President in Real Estate Finance, specializing in commercial real estate loan origination across multiple US markets, including various property types such as multifamily, industrial, retail, office, and more. Ryan has extensive experience in lending on stabilized, transitional, and value-add properties.

Ryan McIver, CFA has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Real Estate from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business. Ryan also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from the same institution.
