Joakim Lindskog

Joakim Lindskog possesses extensive experience in customer development and application specialization, currently serving as a CX engineer, Head of Customer Development, and Lead Application Specialist at Voyado since December 2014. At Voyado, the focus is on leveraging AI to enhance retail consumer behavior understanding, enabling retail companies to communicate with customers in a personalized and relevant manner. Prior to Voyado, Joakim worked at Sajtkonsulterna as a Project Manager from August 2010 to November 2014, and held sales roles at Åhléns AB from June 2005 to July 2010 and Harrods from June 2001 to April 2002.
