Ian Burgess

Ian Burgess has an extensive background in the care sector, currently serving as a Senior Care Trainer at Voyage Care Ltd since December 2009. In this role, Ian leads a team focused on developing and delivering national training for staff, with additional responsibilities as the Safety Intervention (CPI) Lead and Moving & Handling Lead. Prior positions at Voyage Care included Regional Care Trainer and Home Manager, where Ian was instrumental in creating and facilitating training courses for those providing care to adults with learning disabilities and related challenges.
