In 2005, they obtained an Interactive Intelligence certification from Interactive Intelligence Corporation. Additionally, Sam H. holds certifications in Arc/Cisco console operator certified, Aspect Unison certified, Basic SQL management and scripts, Eckoh Callguard On site, Eckoh Hosted audio Tokenisation, Magnetic North Predictive dialler software, and Nice 4.0 Certified.
