Carol Huang

Senior Scientist I at Voyager Therapeutics

Carol Huang has a diverse work experience in the field of scientific research and medicine. Carol started their career at New England Medical Center in 1992, where they worked as a Research Coordinator until 1994. In 1998, they joined Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Research Associate for a brief period of six months before transitioning to Biogen, where they served as an Associate Scientist III from 1998 to 2002. Following this, Carol worked at Baylor College of Medicine as a Senior Research Assistant in the Department of Neurosurgery from 2003 to 2006. Carol then joined Biogen Idec in 2006 as a Senior Associate Scientist, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, Carol joined Voyager Therapeutics, Inc., and held various roles including Scientist I from 2015 to 2016, Scientist II from 2016 to 2018, and currently serves as a Senior Scientist I.

Carol Huang earned a Master's Degree in Pharmacology from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Emmanuel College (Boston) between 1988 and 1992.
