Thomas Cook

Thomas Cook, Ph.D., is a Senior Electrical Engineer at Voyager Space since October 2024, following experience as a Senior Research Engineer at Southwest Research Institute from May 2023 to October 2024. Cook completed a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh in April 2023, where involvement included research fellowships at the NSF Center for Space, High-Performance, and Resilient Computing and the Electric Power Systems Laboratory. Additional experience includes roles as an Electrical Engineer in the Power Systems Branch at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory and Graduate Student Intern at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Earlier, Cook held a Graduate Student Internship at Eaton and obtained both a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
