Ivan Azarov is an experienced design leader with a diverse background in managing design teams and driving design processes across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Design at Voyagu since July 2022, Ivan focuses on product vision and user experience enhancement. Previously, as Head of Design Group at Yandex, Ivan developed strategic design frameworks, formed and managed teams, and implemented methodologies for both quantitative and qualitative research. Ivan's earlier roles, including Head of Design Department at GoTech Software and Creative Director at Арт-Мастер, highlight a consistent record of team management, process optimization, and design execution across various platforms. Ivan's extensive experience also includes product design at Nectar, where user experience studies and interface development were key responsibilities.
