Jenna Pinkham

Jenna Pinkham currently serves as a Senior R&D Chemist at Voyant Beauty, where extensive experience in product formulation spans several roles in the cosmetics and beauty industry, including a position as Formulation Chemist III at Neutraderm, Inc. and R&D Chemist III at Allure Labs, Inc. Jenna's expertise encompasses the development of various product formulas and prototypes across diverse segments such as skincare, suncare, and color cosmetics. Previous positions include an Operations Specialist at Luxe Managers, where project management and client engagement were key responsibilities, as well as a paid internship at the IAEA focused on radiation safety. Earlier career highlights also feature a role in digital marketing and operations at Viva O Sol, and mentoring underserved high school girls at the Center for Science Education, Space Science Lab UC Berkeley.
