Joel Copas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and profitability across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Profit Velocity at Voyant Beauty since January 2016, Joel utilizes sales, supply chain, and financial data to optimize value within the organization. Additionally, Joel manages JCIG, LLC as the Principal Owner, focusing on productivity solutions, and is the Chief Executive Officer of Matoaka Investment Group, which provides affordable rental units in Northeast Indiana. Previous roles include significant positions at The Kraft Heinz Company, where Joel advanced through ranks to Associate Director of Continuous Improvement, and board membership with the Noble County Community Foundation. Joel's career initiation began in the United States Navy, supplemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Indiana Institute of Technology.
