Christopher Jacoby

Christopher Jacoby is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the software and consulting industries. Currently serving as the Justice/Public Safety Practice Lead at GCOM Software, LLC since December 2019, Jacoby leads the development and expansion of the company's JPS solution strategy, focusing on statutory compliance and interoperability for justice public safety agencies. Prior to GCOM, Jacoby held the position of Vice President of Client Services at Periscope Holdings, where responsibilities included guiding product evolution and implementing client support solutions. At CGI, Jacoby managed the Medicaid EHR Incentive Program as Director of Consulting Services, overseeing a national solution. Earlier in their career at Sierra Systems Inc., Jacoby managed business development and client delivery, addressing a variety of IT solutions across multiple industries. Jacoby's foundational experience began at Hughes Aircraft Company and Chamberlain Manufacturing R&D. Jacoby holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Northern Iowa.
