Kyle Hayes

Kyle Hayes is an experienced analytic consultant and data analyst with a strong background in statistical data analysis, modeling, and programming. Currently serving as an Analytic Consultant II at GCOM Software, LLC, Kyle previously held roles as a Senior Data Analyst at Root Inc. and a Product Modeling Analyst II at GEICO, where Kyle successfully developed data models that enhanced policy segmentation and handled large datasets using SQL and R. Kyle’s expertise also includes creating deep-learning algorithms and time-series predictions during a fellowship at Flatiron School, coupled with various roles in project coordination and data analytics support across organizations such as USAID and the National Institute of Statistical Sciences. Kyle holds a Master of Arts in International Development and Applied Statistics from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
