Riyaz Ladkhan

Riyaz Ladkhan is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience in programming, particularly with Microsoft and enterprise content management technologies. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Voyatek since October 2005, Riyaz has held various significant roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Project Manager for multiple projects within New York State agencies. Notable projects include the development of the NYS Enterprise E-Licensing System, management of the Uniform Assessment Tool project for the NY State Department of Health, and oversight of the Odyssey II project for the New York State Funeral Directors Association. Riyaz has also contributed as a Solution Architect at the New York City Economic Development Corporation and CGI. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Shivaji University and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Bombay Technical Board.
