Sthefani Rodriguez is an experienced project manager and quality assurance professional with a strong background in interpreting services. Currently at Voyce since November 2019, Sthefani has held multiple roles, including Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, where responsibilities include training and supporting QA Specialists, monitoring interpreting sessions, and providing coaching for performance improvement. Prior experience includes serving as a Teacher Associate at Colegio Internacional de Carabobo, focusing on students' emotional and psychological development. Sthefani holds a Master of Arts in Professional Translation for European Languages from Newcastle University and a degree in Spanish Translation and Interpretation from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
