Heline Lam

Heline LAM is currently the Chief Operating Officer Asia at VP Bank AG, where Heline oversees transformation, process improvement, operational support, client data management, IT, and office management. Heline also serves as the Chief of Staff Asia and is a member of the Asia Management Committee. Heline has a strong background in human resources and strategic planning, having held leadership positions at various financial institutions and executive search firms. Heline holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of British Columbia.
