Flpi Kevin Haynes Fcmi

Kevin Haynes FCMI, FLPI, MA has over 30 years of work experience in the field of leadership and HR. Kevin is currently an Associate Lecturer in Leadership and HR at Northumbria University. Prior to this, they served as the Group Head of Learning & Development and OD at Vp plc.

Kevin's previous roles include being the Head of Learning & Development and OD at Greggs, where they designed and executed a 3-year L&D strategy and received recognition for the Women's Development Programme. Kevin also worked as the Head of Learning & Development and OD at Balfour Beatty plc, where they delivered learning and change management initiatives for a large employee base and implemented a Learning Management System.

Before that, Kevin held various positions at T-Mobile, including as an International Organizational Performance Manager and Head of Learning & Development. Kevin was responsible for delivering learning and change management programs for thousands of employees and leading a team of managers, consultants, and facilitators. Additionally, they worked as an HR Business Partner, focusing on developing management and leadership skills within contact centers and recruiting and establishing HR teams for new contact centers.

Kevin's career began at The AA, where they held roles as an HR Consultant, in various training roles, and in various operational positions. Kevin'sextensive experience and expertise in leadership and HR make him a valuable asset in their current role as an educator and consultant.

Kevin Haynes FCMI, FLPI, MA has a comprehensive education history that spans several institutions and areas of study. Kevin began their education at Newcastle University from 1983 to 1986, where they focused on HR Management.

Later in their career, Kevin pursued further education at Northumbria University. From 2019 to 2022, they completed a Master of Arts degree in Coaching, specializing in the field of MA Coaching. As part of this program, they also obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching from 2020 to 2021, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching from 2019 to 2020.

In addition to their university education, Kevin also completed the Senior Leader Development Programme at Hult Ashridge in 2007. This program focused on Leadership and Management and provided Kevin with valuable skills in these areas.

To further enhance their qualifications, Kevin obtained additional certifications. Kevin completed a Strategy Consultant certification from the University of the West of England in December 2022. Additionally, they obtained Level A & B certifications from The British Psychological Society in June 1993. These certifications demonstrate their expertise and commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
