Chad Pfaff

Chad Pfaff has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Chad started their career as a Telecommunications Analyst at Limited Brands, where they designed and implemented voice and data networks for a Fortune 500 retail company. Chad then worked as a Network Systems Engineer at Verizon Wireless, providing technical support and troubleshooting for their digital mobile network.

After that, Chad joined SmartPipes, a Silicon Valley-based startup, as a Business Analyst. Chad played a key role in specifying requirements, testing, and releasing iterations of their web application product for remote virtual private networks.

Chad later worked at Redemtech as a Technical Business Analyst, facilitating collaboration between business stakeholders and software development teams. Chad managed projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Chad also worked at HLS MedFreight as a Business Systems Analyst, where they established a business systems analysis practice and collaborated with internal customers to capture requirements and oversee software development and implementation.

Chad also grew the technology team and defined the product strategy. Later, they became the Associate Vice President of Product Management and finally the Vice President of Product Management, leading the first healthcare supply chain visibility platform.

Chad Pfaff obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Systems Management from Ohio University, which they attended from 1992 to 1996. Prior to their university education, they attended Tallmadge High School from 1988 to 1992. Additionally, Chad has received certifications as a Level 1 Men's Game Coach from US Lacrosse and as an Agile Certified Practitioner from the Project Management Institute in the years 2018 and 2014 respectively.
