Carsten Schewer

Carsten Schewer has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Carsten is currently serving as the CEO/Geschäftsführer at VR Smart Guide since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at VR Smart Finanz for several years. At VR Smart Finanz, they held various roles including Head of IT from November 2018 to August 2022, Head of IT-Architecture & IT-Governance from February 2018 to October 2018, Head of Application Development SAP/Backend from February 2015 to January 2018, Senior IT Architect Finance & Accounting from February 2014 to January 2015, and SAP Developer from October 2011 to January 2014.

Carsten Schewer completed their Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsinformatik from the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in 2011. Carsten then went on to pursue their Master of Science in Wirtschaftsinformatik from the University of Mannheim, which they completed in 2014.
