Morgan and First Federal Savings and Loan of Valdosta, where Thomas gained experience in various roles such as Hedge Fund Services, Senior Loan Analyst, and Customer Service Representative. Thomas graduated from Davidson College with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics.
