Josh Brooks

Josh is co-founder of policy and energy system consultancy, Brooksform, a founding partner at infrastructure solutions provider, WayBright, and State Director with the Council for New Energy Economics. Previously a carpenter, history teacher, diesel mechanic, and renewable power developer, Josh utilizes a systems-thinking approach to problem solving – a skill he honed at RMI.
