Michal Stafek

Michal Stafek has a strong background in engineering and product development. Michal currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Vrgineers, Inc. since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Product Development at Bilsing Automation from July 2021 to October 2022.

Before their time at Bilsing Automation, Michal worked at ORBITAL2 where they held the positions of Technical Product Manager from October 2017 to June 2021 and Senior Engineer R&D from February 2015 to September 2017.

Between the years 2011 and 2015, Michal gained experience at Ricardo where they worked as a Design Engineer. Michal initially focused on motorsport engines from February 2011 to February 2013, and later shifted to working on general engine design from February 2013 to January 2015.

Michal's career began in 2010 at Bobcat Company as a Junior Designer, where they worked until February 2011. Overall, Michal has a diverse range of experience in engineering, product development, and leadership roles.

Michal Stafek attended the Czech Technical University in Prague from 2007 to 2012. During this time, they earned a degree in Vehicle construction, specifically an Ing. degree.
