Marie Poux 🏎💨

Marie Poux has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition fields since 2014. Marie started their career at Club Med as a Chargée de Communication RH, and then moved to Comexposium as a Chargée de Communication Événementielle. In 2015, they joined LeGuide Group (Lagardère Active) as a Chargée de Missions RH. Marie then moved to showroomprive.com as a Chargée de Recrutement in 2016. In 2017, they joined Amaris as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where they were responsible for designing and deploying the recruitment strategy, defining and optimizing sourcing channels, and managing the acquisition phase of recruitment. In 2019, they joined Proprioo as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, and in 2020 they joined Vroomly as a Talent Acquisition Lead and Talent Acquisition Manager. In their role as Talent Acquisition Manager at Vroomly, they were responsible for recruiting all profiles for the Vroomteam, managing the recruitment process, and setting up a co-optation program and ATS.

Marie Poux's education history includes obtaining a French Baccalaureate in Economics & Sociology with a German Option from Lycee Emilie de Breteuil in 2007-2010. Marie then obtained a University Diploma in Marketing and Management from IUT Sénart-Fontainebleau in 2010-2012. Following this, they completed a Master's Degree in International Human Resources & Performance Management from SKEMA Business School in 2012-2016. Marie also completed an Exchange Master's Degree at SGH Warsaw School of Economics in 2016. Finally, they attended Join Lion in 2022.
