Gerda Boere

Gerda Boere serves as an HR Manager at DELTA Energie since August 2019 and has held the position of Head HRM at Vroon since September 2014, overseeing an HRM department with both national and international teams. Gerda is responsible for the development of group-wide HR policies and strategies, achieving uniform procedures and a salary structure during tenure. Previous experience includes roles as an HR Supervisor, where key tasks involved developing and implementing HR policies, and as an advisor for strategy and organizational development at Orionis Walcheren. Gerda has a background in guiding organizational mergers and providing tactical leadership in various departmental functions at ADZ bv. Gerda holds a Master's degree in Private and Business Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
