Dr. M M Sulphey

Dr. M M Sulphey is a distinguished academic with extensive experience in the field of Human Resource Management. Currently serving as a Professor and Head of the Department of HRM at the College of Business Administration, Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University since September 2020, Dr. Sulphey has been a faculty member at the Department of HRM, College of Business Management, Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University since October 2016. Prior to this, Dr. Sulphey held the position of Dean (Academics, Research and Consultancy) at TKM Institute of Management from July 2014 to September 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing research facilitation and journal publication. Dr. Sulphey began the academic career at TKM Institute of Management in 2007 as a Professor and worked with New India Assurance Co Ltd as an Officer from 1987 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Organizational Behavior from the University of Kerala and a Master's in Human Resource Management from the same institution, along with an M.Com in Cost Accounting from Government Arts College Trivandrum.
